To place an order, you’ll upload your files, and we’ll print them as per your settings. It’s your responsibility to check everything before sending it. Once you send the file, we are not responsible for any mistakes or errors that happen because of incorrect file settings.

5. Payments & Prices
Payments for all orders must be made in advance. The prices listed on our site are subject to change, and we can change them at any time. If you’re late with a payment, you may incur a penalty.

6. Delivery
We aim to deliver your printed items within a certain time frame, depending on your location and the type of binding you choose. Please note that delivery times can change due to external factors like logistics issues, and we can’t be held responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping.

7. Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that sometimes things go wrong. If you spot an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 10 days, and we’ll try to fix it. However, we can’t accept cancellations once an order is processed or offer refunds for minor issues like scratches or minor print errors.

8. Files You Upload
You can upload files in formats like PDF, DOCX, JPG, PNG, etc. Make sure your files are good to go! We can’t be responsible for issues like corrupted or incorrectly formatted files. For the best results, we recommend uploading PDFs.

9. Privacy & Security
We care about your privacy. Your files will be deleted once your order is printed, and we won’t share them with anyone. We also use cookies on our site to enhance your shopping experience and keep track of your orders.

10. Promotions & Offers
From time to time, we may offer promotions or discounts. These offers will be clearly mentioned on our site. Keep in mind that once you’ve placed an order, you can’t apply a discount retroactively.
