Processing Time

• All PDF print orders are processed within 2 hours of receiving the order.

• Once processed, your documents are packed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the selected shipping option.

Shipping Options

We provide different shipping methods to match your urgency:

• Air Shipping: Delivered the next business day by 8 PM.

• Express Shipping: Delivered in 2 to 3 business days by 8 PM.

• Surface Shipping: Delivered in 3 to 5 business days by 8 PM.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier service availability.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep. If you face any issues, feel free to contact us, and we’ll help you track it.

Changes to Shipping

You can modify your shipping option before the shipping label is generated. If there are any issues with the selected courier service, we reserve the right to switch to a more reliable option to ensure timely delivery.

Returns and Cancellations

• All print orders are non-returnable since they are custom-made.

• Cancellations are accepted within 30 minutes of placing the order, with a 10% cancellation fee.
