At OnlinePrintStore.in, we work with reliable courier partners like Delhivery to ensure your printed documents reach you safely and on time. Delivery speed depends on your location and the shipping option selected during checkout.

Processing Time

  • All PDF print orders are processed within 2 hours of receiving the order.

  • Once processed, your documents are packed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the shipping speed you choose at checkout.

Shipping Options

We provide multiple shipping methods to suit your urgency:

Air Shipping

Delivered the next business day by 8 PM.

Express Shipping

Delivered in 2 to 3 business days by 8 PM.

Surface Shipping

Delivered in 3 to 5 business days by 8 PM.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your pincode, local courier network, and service availability.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

  • If you face any tracking or delivery issues, contact us and we will assist you promptly.

Changes to Shipping Details

  • You may request a change in shipping details only before the shipping label is generated.

  • If the selected courier faces service issues in your area, we reserve the right to switch to another reliable partner to ensure timely delivery.

Returns and Cancellations

  • All print orders are non-returnable, as they are custom-produced specifically for you.

  • Order cancellations are accepted within 30 minutes of placing the order. A 10 percent cancellation fee will apply.

  • Once printing or processing begins, the order cannot be cancelled.
