Order Cancellation Policy

At OnlinePrintStore.in, you can cancel your PDF printing order within 30 minutes of placing it. A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount. Our printing process begins quickly, usually within 2 hours of order confirmation. Once processing starts, the order cannot be canceled.

Print and Delivery Information

We are committed to delivering your printed PDFs on time based on your selected delivery option. If there are any unexpected delays due to logistical issues, we will keep you informed and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Shipping and Address Changes

PDF print orders are shipped according to the shipping option you choose during checkout. If you need to change the shipping details, it must be done before the shipping label is generated. If there are any issues with the courier service, we may switch to a more reliable provider to ensure smooth delivery.

Return and Refund Policy

Since PDF printing is a custom service, we do not accept returns. Every print order is carefully inspected for quality before shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect print, please contact us within 24 hours with a photograph for review.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved (such as for duplicate payments or order cancellations within the allowed time), it will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time. For international transactions, it may take up to 15 business days.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your PDF print order, log in to your account, go to your orders, and click “Cancel Request” within 30 minutes of placing it. If the cancellation is approved, the amount will be added to your OnlinePrintStore Wallet, which you can use for future orders. If you want the amount back in your original payment method, please email us at support@onlineprintstore.in. A 10% cancellation fee will apply.
