Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your PDF printing order within 30 minutes of placing it.

  • A 10 percent cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order amount.

  • Our printing process begins quickly, usually within 2 hours of order placement.

  • Once the order enters processing or printing, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order, log in to your account, open your order details, and request cancellation within the allowed time.

Print and Delivery Information

We aim to deliver your printed documents on time based on the delivery option selected during checkout.

If unexpected delays occur due to courier or logistics issues, we will notify you and take necessary steps to ensure smooth delivery.

Shipping and Address Changes

  • Orders are shipped through the courier service selected at checkout.

  • Shipping address changes can be requested only before the shipping label is generated.

  • If a courier service faces operational issues, we may switch to a more reliable provider.

Return and Refund Policy

Since PDF printing is a custom-made service, we do not accept returns.

Every order is inspected for quality before dispatch. If you receive a:

  • Damaged print

  • Incorrect print

  • Wrong quantity

Please contact us within 24 hours and attach a clear photograph for review.

If the issue is verified as our printing or packaging error, we will arrange a free reprint or initiate a refund.

Minor variations such as small color differences, trimming variations, or minor handling marks are not considered defects.

Refund Process

Refunds are approved only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Order cancellation within the allowed 30-minute window

  • Verified print error caused by us

Refund process:

  • Approved refunds are initiated within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Refund amount is returned only to the original payment method.

  • Refund may take 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

  • International card transactions may take up to 15 business days.

No Wallet system is used on our website.
We do not provide refunds to any internal wallet or credit system.
